Big Green Egg is based on the design for a kamado – an Asian clay oven – which is more than 3,000 years old. It is one of the most versatile grills available, one which offers a great many options in one’s cooking. Construction is in ceramic, using a technology which was developed by NASA, and it creates a unique system for cooking which brings out the best flavours in cooking, grilling, stewing, or smoking.
